How does fire alarm monitoring work?

In the case of an alarm activation:

1. Your fire alarm activates and the Freedom team receive a signal
2. If the signal is received during your business’ working hours, one of our team will get in touch and check if the activation was a false alarm or something more serious
3. If the signal is received outside your business’ working hours, our team will notify the fire brigade.
