We have used Freedom Fire and Security for various installations over the years. Just recently they have updated our CCTV at home and we are delighted with the results. Jan came out to see us initially and he filled us with confidence that the system would be easy to upgrade and use. Andy and Colin arrived to install the CCTV and they conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They explained how to use the equipment and were eager to show us all of the camera angles. All members of staff we have met over the years have been polite, well experienced and knowledgeable in their field and most of all, they take great pride in their work. I recently arranged for an alarm to be installed for my grandmother. Freedom were very understanding of her needs in respect of a secure system that is easy to operate. The engineers arrived on time and were very professional in their conduct and installation. Once installed and set up, the engineers could not have been more helpful in explaining the system and the setting and unsetting procedures to my elderly grandmother, running through the procedure several times until they were happy that she had understood. We recently had a few security issues at our office, I called Freedom and within 24 hours James was on site to help us out. He was very helpful with quoting and getting everything in place. Craig was our on-site engineer, he was very polite, tidy and efficient. We had new CCTV and a new intruder alarm installed. Our fire panel at North Kesteven School, decided to show up several faults early one morning recently, no amount of accepting would stop it. A whole school department had to be evacuated due to the number of faults and the possibility of having no alarm in a technical block. I immediately contacted Freedom Fire and within less than two minutes the van had arrived and the remedial work began. The panel was showing 125 faults but Freedom Fire had discovered the cause of the faults very quickly. Other engineers were called off existing jobs and all worked as a cohesive team to correct the cause of the faults, visiting and revisiting the site during the day to ensure all was well. The engineers’ attention to detail was second to none their work was precise and methodical. An engineer then returned to school after all students had left to test the system. The test was successful and we have had no trouble since. Freedom Fire engineers have sound work ethic and vast knowledge of their subject always working as a team for the benefit of their clients.read more

May I say that I'm very impressed with the service they provide, they are professional in what they do, and they're always available when you need them (unlike some of their competitors!). This is the second time I have used Freedom Alarms. The staff are very professional, courteous and punctual. The alarm system is fantastic and very user friendly. I particularly liked the new style of lit alarm boxes that they now use.
