At Freedom Fire & Security Maintenance Ltd we ensure that health and safety forms an integral part of our procedures and work activity. We have regular access to competent health and safety advice and information from an external consultant, who assists us in developing our safety policy and procedures to promote and maintain a safe working environment. All of our supervisors and engineers have received specific health and safety training in line with the work activity that they may carry out, and as required by current legislation, and where necessary, they hold the relevant formal qualification such as IPAF, PASMA and CSCS cards. Our working activities are documented and where required appropriate risk assessments are conducted and completed to reduce the likelihood of accidents or unsafe conditions appearing. Our engineers are encouraged to report situations where work cannot be completed in a safe manner and to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others, ensuring that we all contribute to providing a safe working environment.
